Thomas Otten

Thomas Otten works since 2006 in Ukraine in the sphere of tax consultancy, accountancy   and Financial Due Diligence.

Within his previous activity as the CEO of a consulting company he could get comprehensive expert knowledge especially about local peculiarities. This practice oriented knowledge has been widely acknowledged in numerous seminars and related articles.
The cornerstone for becoming a specialist for the Ukrainian market was his 2 year banking job in Ukraine by KfW and EBRD in the late 90s.

From 2000 to 2007 Thomas Otten worked in Germany as a specialist for Financial Due Diligence and appraisal of business and also as CFO for a production company.

Thomas Otten graduated in economics at the University in Cologne.

Natalya Shevchenko

Natalya Shevchenko has over 10 years of experience as Chief Accountant in different economic sectors. Her graduation as a lawyer is an additional asset for the provided services.

Her career includes the managing position in an international consulting company as well as several positions as Chief Accountant in big industrial enterprises and small and middle sized firms.

At the same time her experience is very useful for ongoing communication with local authorities.
