Interim Management  

Non residents as staff members of new established Ukrainian subsidiaries or representative offices need an official permission for employment, which can only be applied for after the company/representative office has been registered.
The application procedure lasts a few weeks. For this term we propose interim management via our Ukrainian staff, whereas Otten Consulting controls the appointed management staff.

In addition we provide interim management in case of a company to be liquidated or in case of temporary replacement of a dismissed director due to mistrust.

Please note, that we do not assist in the application for above mentioned employment permissions, but we can suggest experienced law firms if needed.
